The Information and Data Protection Commissioner’s Office received a thank you letter from the Chair of the Executive Committee of the ICIC, Ms. Blanca Lilia Ibarra Cadena, for the contribution and active participation in the activities of the International Conference of Information Commissioners (ICIC).
This appreciation comes as a result of the engagement of the IDP Office in collaborative initiatives for exchanging experiences and best practices with counterpart authorities, civil society, and partners who share the common goal and objectives of promoting and ensuring the right to information and enhancing the transparency of public authorities.
The IDP Office also highlights in its response letter that it remains committed to the continuous cooperation and contribution in the activity of the ICIC under the leadership of the ICIC chair and secretariat
