The Information and Data Protection Commissioner’s Office pays special attention to interaction with high education institutions in the framework of the educational and academic activity of young people, and as well to enhancing their knowledge as professionals of the future.
For this purpose, several activities were held, where students from the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics of University of Tirana, Mediterranean University participated, as well as those grouped in the Roma Versitas Albania association. In these activities, the legislation in force on both domains wherein the institution exercises its activity, the supervisory activity through presenting concrete cases were introduced and valuable advices were given for exercising these citizens’ rights in practise.
The Commissioner’s Office welcomes any opportunity to co-operate with organizations and interest groups in order to strengthen the culture of awareness on the right to information and personal data protection.
